These birds were found in an inundated area together in a group. They seemed to be picking up food, probably insects.

This specimen popped in and out of the water watching me. It even came closer to get a better look. It almost came out of the water but scurried back in for some reason.

These mallard ducks came closer to me as I approached the pond. At first I thought it was to scare me away, but once they realized I didn’t have food to give them, they went back into the lake.

This group of ducks were just resting on land near the lake. They were separated from the other species of duck found in the same area.

We caught this fish with an electrical shock backpack. It was relatively calm and easy to handle due to the fact that it was just shocked.

This specimen was found right outside my house in Houston Texas. It was missing a pice if it’s tail and one foot. It was using a garage light for warmth.

I found this carcass of an armadillo on the side of the road walking during a lab. It was pretty deformed and may have been run over and eaten by scavenger birds.

This specimen was high up in the sky with 2 other specimen of ten same species. They were circling Something down below, perhaps waiting to feed on whatever was on the ground.

This squirrel was digging something up, perhaps some food it had stored there. Although it was digging frantically as though it was not there and was lost.

This fish was caught using an electrical shock backpack. It was calm for a bit after being shocked but later jolted back to life after the effects wore off.

I found this specimen dead and covered in ants. Cause of death are unknown. The search goes on.

This specimen was found swimming in a creek. It was a juvenile at the time it was caught.

This juvenile anole was found on a blade of a shrub in a swamp. It was relatively calm and easily approachable.
