Really interesting white shrub. Looks fuzzy, maybe "drought resistant." Another one of these plants had a few very round buds, but no flowers yet. Kind of reminds me of an underwater plant. Would love to know what it is.

Small white insect, moved like a caterpillar. Looks like it has bristles. Would like to identify what it is. Photo taken April 2016, and never got around to posting (sorry - best photo I could get - currently can't get back to the location to get another photo). Found multiple on the grounds, amongst grass in the shade at work. Leaf in photo for size reference.
