A new proposal:
Nematinus caledonicus?
More or less match the youngster, I found 7 years earlier, and only 100 m away!
- 5 annullets
- The strange, white /colourless spots lateral on 1 + 4-11. segment
- Whitish 1. segment
- The same grayish-brown thoracular legs, and the brighter thighs
- The same head, dark and more bright around the mouth parts
- hairy head
- Same hairs out from anal-segment
- Bright prolegs
What is talking against:
It was found on the underside of an Oak-leaf, but there is a lot of Betula around - and perhaps fallen down - or on its way to pupate in the ground?
Length: 13 mm
But I simply cannot find any match better - with only 5 annullets.
Not many has that
Compare with this - much younger larva (8 mm) found on Betula same habitat.

Please just comment ... :-)
I have overviewed caledonicus earlier, because I first last year realized, that the smaller larva in the link was that (and at the same time was first record in DK).
