At 12:30pm (why can't I enter the time in the time/date above?) I saw a coyote on Kenosha, by Trempealeau. It was wearing a tracking collar, so if that's working you know about this animal. I came up behind it on my bike, and it didn't realize I was there until I got a good look. Then it calmly trotted across the road, across the footbridge over the waterway and disappeared into the foliage. I'd say this was a smallish animal, and it's coat was either thin or sitting very flat
