Description

Looked up "pigeons" on Google and saw this bird, also known as Rock Dove. I was concerned that I didn't see the iridescence of the Dove on his neck, but that was a photo issue. When I zoom in (digital zoom on photo program), I can see the iridescent feathers on the neck.

We call this a Norkent apple, an apple developed for northern climates. These trees and apples are prolific in the area - I have 3 trees on my property and my neighbours have these as well. They are edible right off the tree, a little tart, make good pies. Small in size, about like a MacIntosh.
