Many or most of all the larger individuals were carrying smaller individuals which were rolled up usually underneath them. Did not drop the smaller ones when swimming, moving or disturbed. Presence of the smaller individuals occured all year round. I’m assuming the smaller ones are males and larger ones are females and this behaviour is related to mating purposes. Curious if anyone knows more about this behaviour.
