Goldline Blenny (Malacoctenus aurolineatus)Observer
sflottDescription
On piece of eroded, pock-marked jetty rubble about a foot down. There was one other about the same size on the same boulder, as well as a comb tooth blenny (looked like Entomacrodus nigricans). Others, mostly adults, were mostly in urchin-bored limestone in shallow surge areas

Emerald Clingfish (Acyrtops beryllinus)Observer
sflottDescription
Out of range for A. amplicirrus (as far as we know). Reasonably common. Got about 5 from thalassia beds after a few hours of scooping with 1 mm mesh net. This was the second largest, the biggest was maybe 2 cm. Only in reef/ near lagoon mouths where grass had less sediment caking it.
What
Imitator Blenny (Malacoctenus erdmani)Observer
sflottDescription
Ocellus not extending onto dorsal fin. 1 ft deep on reef crest. Saw a fair number of these in similar habitat, definitely outnumbered by Malacoctenus macropus.
