I'm in Vietnam right now. This animal is found within a home. It is 2:48 pm here with a weather of partly cloudy at 32 degrees Celsius outside. This seems common since I have seen it around the city. It is about 2-3 inches in length.

This redwood stump was found in a redwood forest. Below the stump, in the ravine, were some small puddles. Around the area were some Western Swordferns. The stump was approximately 60 cm in diameter.

These photos were taken at 11:17 am. This was found on a branch of either a dogwood or buckeye tree. The first five pictures are of the same thing and the next three are pictures of a spider-like nest along the branch, towards the tree stump.

Stink Bugs (Family Pentatomidae)Observer

This insect is believe to be a true bug, but some speculation shows that it could be a beetle. Through some rough research, this insect is type of stink bug nymph--possibly the Harlequin Cabbage Bug Nymph. The insect was about 4 mm long. It was found at around 11:50 am during a sunny and hot day where the temperature was about 80 degrees Fahrenheit. When I took these pictures, the insect was running along the branch. This insect was found on a Ceanothus Branch which was along the Leopard Lilly Trail on the preserve
