Small bird with yellow plumage with light brown patches on the head and back that was found crossing the road. Also has a black ovular bill with long webbed feet of the same color. Its chirping is more a squeak.

Short, tan fur on the body with white fur on the underside and on the tail. Cautious of me even though i was able to approach deer at that distance. Picture taken from roughly 10 feet away
