I have been interested in the Natural World since I was a child, always outside exploring nature. I joined the Hartford Audubon Society when I was a teenager and have participated in the Christmas Bird Count regularly since 1980. In college I worked in David Wagner's lab at the University of CT and assisted in his studies of microlepidoptera.

Whenever I travel, I always take time to observe the plants and animals around me.

I have had an opportunity to visit many places in the United States and a handful of other countries. I look forward to more travel and exploring nature in the years to come.

I currently live in North-Central Connecticut and am very interested in exploring the biodiversity of my area.
