I've been interested in documenting the nature I see since I was a child. It's taken many years for me to take that seriously. Now that I live in Cody, Wyoming, I'm in Yellowstone often to observe the changes in the thermal features and always take notes on the other things seen. I'm a blogger at YellowstoneNaturalist.com and an author of a guide book for West Thumb Geyser Basin - the first in a series of guides to the thermal features along the boardwalks in Yellowstone that I've wanted since I was a kid. I'm also a photographer and love to document the life surrounding me.
