I wear many hats (sometimes it looks like they're backward!). I mostly work with Metro Regional Government inventorying and monitoring species of conservation concern within our natural spaces. I am wonderfully lucky to work at the intersection of native plants and public lands. I also work as an Ecological Consultant on projects ranging from large-scale monitoring management to diversity and equity work. I encourage lively debate on ecological matters as a steering committee member of Portland Ecologists Unite! And in my free time, I am learning and practicing data management and coding.

My background is in restoration ecology and native plant propagation and I completed my Masters in Plant Biology and Conservation in Chicago in 2015. I'm so thrilled to be back with all the plants that I know and love and am learning so much more all the time!
