I am an agronomist in North Dakota with a Master's Degree in Weed Science from Purdue University. My identification specialties are weeds and North American birds. I currently live in eastern ND and have a passion for nature and agriculture. Growing up on a farm in western ND I found great enjoyment in identifying trees and weeds in high school. This influenced my decision to study agronomy as an undergrad. I love visiting National Parks and National Park sites, traveling the world to see new bird species, and observing the nature around me. I have lived in and observed nature in North Dakota, Indiana, North Carolina, and Wisconsin.
