Hi! My name's Jonny, and I'm a Product Designer based in Glasgow, Scotland. My interest in animals is (sadly) not professional, but for as long as I can remember I've been fascinated by nature.

From digging around in the garden for minibeasts to hunting for animals in our pond or rock pools on the coast, I always loved getting out there and finding animals for myself. I especially loved trips to South Africa for seeing some of the stunning megafauna there, and snorkelling off the coast of more tropical locations than the UK!

These days I keep up an amateur interest in animals, never missing an opportunity to see Puffins off the coast of Ireland or potter around an aquarium for an afternoon, and I'm hoping that iNaturalist will deepen that interest and develop my knowledge.
