I try not to take myself too seriously.

Currently, I am a senior at Oregon State University studying Botany. I'm lucky enough to be able to study the subject I love in an environment surrounded by amazing peers and mentors. I have the honor of working on volume 2 of Flora of Oregon, in which I have co-authored treatments for Lupinus sp. and authored a treatment for Cercis occidentalis. I'm definitely still a novice, but I try to key out at least one new species a day (whether I make an observation or not).
