I am a Master Naturalist and Master Gardener. I retired from teaching science in 2004. I do a weekly walk at both Lauritzen Garden and Fontenelle Forest counting the species and number of butterflies in the different gardens and on the different paths. At the end of the season I then write up a report to give to head of conservation at each location.
