Life-long lover of nature; continually growing my observational and memory skills, along with open-hearted connections with wild plants, animals and fungi. Wildflower groupie, wildfire evacuee, ethnobotany and Traditional Ecological Knowledge learner, and California Naturalist x 2 (amazing to eat, live, breathe and nerd-out Point Reyes National Seashore; and closer to home at Sugarloaf Ridge State Park). Fell deeper in love with birds in 2020, thanks to sheltering in place with my indoor sit-spot overlooking the garden.
