I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire. I started out wanting to be a wildlife biologist, then changed my mind after an amazing internship on the vegetation management crew for the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Since then, I have enjoyed working on projects that preserve native species, especially plants. I also enjoy birding whenever I get the chance! After a couple of years in southern India, I am enjoying getting reacquainted with species here in North America.
