The Petrified Forest National Park education program is within the Interpretation Division. We are dedicated to helping students who visit the park learn about nature and enjoy their outdoor classroom. Observations posted by this account are made by students on field trips or Jr. Ranger programs where visitors have used park equipment to make citizen science observations.
