The Oakmead Herbarium (JROH) of Jasper Ridge Biological Preserve conserves specimens of local plants and lichens spanning 150 years. Most specimens -- over 1,000 vascular plant, bryophyte, and lichen taxa -- are from 1198 acres (485 ha) comprising the Jasper Ridge Biological Preserve of Stanford University, San Mateo County, California. Major collectors include John Hunter Thomas (1955-1992), John Rawlings (2004-) and Toni Corelli (1990-2016). Size of collection: ~6000 specimens, the vascular plants searchable and imaged in CCH2.
