I have volunteered at Houston Audubon in the Development Department for 11 years. I love birding and along with that comes all the plants and flowers that support bird habitat. I moved into a new home and neighborhood after Hurricane Harvey. My new neighborhood is a very Bird Friendly Community which I embrace with my own backyard native garden.
