Description

Middlesex County: Thames Valley Trail along Sharon Creek. Not seen in Middlesex County since at least 1997. Seepy area at bottom of slope, growing along the trail about 5m from creek. Hundreds of plants in two large patches, other scattered individuals along the entire creek from the dam at Sharon Lake downstream to Heatley Drive. No obvious threats to this population which seems to be thriving. Associate species: Viola striata, Hesperis matronalis, Acer negundo, Ulmus americana, Juglans nigra.
