This spider wasp was found at our corridor at home, viciously fighting a plastic bag covering a large suitcase we have. The noise its wings made were somewhat terrifying. My brother managed to kill it before I arrived.
I had never seen one of these in my life, but I heard some stories. It's a rare bug, known in my region as Cavalo-do-Cão (Devil's horse) and its sting is infamous for its excruciating pain. I don't know what exact species this is.
