Black raptor

Large black raptor with bright yellow beak,legs and feet. We didn't have any long lens so this is as good as it gets. Sitting motionless on a dead tree in the middle of the area near the masts in Steenberg-Kalk Bay mts. We thought it might be a Black (Verreaux) Eagle but legs are wrong.It was quite large.
