It was a cold, raw day, raining hard and clouds sweeping over the cliffs. The vulture came out of the fog. Huge wingspan, certainly the largest I have seen on any bird, and circled once of twice before landing. It settled for about 20 seconds and was then chased off by crows. It was Carolines' birthday, which made it all the more special.
