I was standing by my pond when a pair of what I thought were goldfinches in their winter garb landed, the male on one side so that he could drink from the pond; the female on the other side on a ceramic pair of rabbits. She seemed to be finding some tiny prey between the creases in the rabbit statuary. Finally she leapt up onto the top of the statue.
