Cap up to 4 cm., convex to plane, white, moist,lined margin, thin white flesh. Gills white, decurrent. Stem white, up to 5 cm. × 5 mm., hollow. No distinctive odor or taste. On ground under balsam fir and beech in mixed woods. White spore deposit.
