Bright red anemone, in high shore, sheltered rock pool. Initially thought this was the Plum Anemone (Actinia equina), but on closer observation seems to be missing the blue dots that A. equina has. The colour is also brighter than A. equina, so I suspect that this is the A. mediterranea species that is now present in Cape Town.
