Identified as Octarthria on Bowerbird by Tony D.: "Gothic fly! Nice find and shots Tony. I'm pretty certain by the antennae (ie the last unified segment long, and seemingly composed of 8 closely united segments) and general look (blackish with short, adpressed, flat lighter hairing, and body shape similar to Odontomyia) this is an Octarthria species."
