I first noticed these tiny yellowish beetles at home in the pictures I had taken of other insects (photo 11 together with Cryptocephalus) on the blossom of the Scabiosa. There were a lot of them inside the flower heads. Total length about 3 mm. Habitat: A sunny hillside with lean lime grassland on the edge of a nature reserve.
