Identified as Phyllurus platurus on Bowerbird by Judy & Rob Peters: "Commonly seen under the house. Also seen at night on outside walls and in the guttering - peaking over the edge. Reference: Reptiles of the Sydney Region by Ken Griffiths 1987 p62"
