Myself and a friend saw a mink poke its head out of the larger hole on this tree during the Christmas Bird Count, then turn around and put it's backside outside of the larger hole on this tree, then urinate outside of the tree while its head was inside of the tree before going back into the tree cavity. This happened over the course of perhaps 5 or 10 minutes. It would seem as though the mink was using this tree as a nest, but I was unable to get a picture of the mink on my phone.
I've taken two observations of the tree where the mink was seen in order to provide a more accurate GPS location of the tree. This is the first observation of the set, showing a picture of the smaller of the two cavity holes on the tree.
