I am fairly sure this is a WHCN for the following reasons:
Massive Size (Photo 2)
Black primaries not extending to trailing edge of wing. (Both Photos)
Bright white color observed and photographed (Both Photos).
Apparent extensive red on cheek, below eye.

Up to 3 were observed.
