Voucher specimen D.Nicolle 5733 & M.E.French.

Multi-stemmed tree to 8 metres tall. Bark mostly rough, tessellated, brown; some smooth white patches. leaves dull, green. First of this species seen coming from the south; scattered clumps on red sand dune.
