Voucher specimen D.Nicolle 5814.

Tree to 8 metres tall. Bark ±smooth throughout. leaves slightly glossy and green, ±glabrous. Scattered on plateau and upper scree slopes of sandstone escarpment. On rocky slopes is Corymbia byrnesii and Eucalyptus tectifica. On true cliffs is E. brachyandra.
