Observed in tank of fisher for aquarium trade. Hippocampus comes, H. kuda, maybe H. kelloggi. Seahorses were caught with bubu- static fish trap, placed at 3-4m on sand just "nearby" off Teluk Bahang, no need to bait trap to catch them. Fisher goes out Apr-Jun and Sep-Nov, otherwise waves are too big. Feeds them with artemia.
