Rust brown colored head, same color back and wings. Black and cream patterned chest. Cream belly. Finch-like bill. Eating at the feeder with finches, containing sunflower seeds and millet. Appears to be a Nutmeg Mannikin (Lonchura punctulata), native to SE Asia, but settled in California as escaped caged birds.
