It took me a while but I finally found some Straggler Daisy blooming for a September record. Perhaps 99.9% of the Straggler Daisy is just now recovering (regrowing) from the recent harsh summer heat and lacks any flowers. I finally found a total of about 4 flowers on a couple of plants in a low ditch which had received better moisture over the past month and which had not been mowed repeatedly.
