Not sure whether this is Indigofera discolor or Indigofera procumbens.

Small perennial about 10cm high. In some cases the fleshy penducle was coming straight out of the ground, sometimes growing in water, and often growing in between other plants. That made spotting the 3- foliate leaves difficult . Brick-red flowers were borne in racemes, some plants were dropping their flowers and the seeds were starting to form.
