Join us for the first ever BioBlitz at The Cibolo Nature Center & Farm! This BioBlitz is a collaboration between the Cibolo Nature Center & Farm and Texas Nature Trackers.
Our goal is to at least double the 80 species currently documented at the Cibolo on iNaturalist.org.
We will meet on Saturday, October 10th at 8:30 AM for coffee and a introduction to using the iNaturalist app. Then, from 9 am-12 pm, experts will lead small teams to document plants, birds, dragon flies, reptiles and amphibians, and more. Bring a lunch and we will have an afternoon recap of what we have found during the event.
Any observation that you make between October 5th and 10th within the nature center or farm boundaries will automatically be added to this bioblitz and leaderboard.
