It's the National Park Service's 100th birthday! Part of that celebration is an initiative for all parks to conduct a BioBlitz during the week of May 16th, so that is exactly what we're doing! Stay tuned for our timeline of events, but until then, plan on coming out sometime from Friday, May 20th to Sunday, May 22nd to help us document the flora and fauna of the park. You can choose an easy area or challenge yourself on a canyon trail.

This service-wide initiative is a chance to inspire and engage a new generation of stewards of our fantastic natural resources all while taking a vast snapshot of the biodiversity that is protected by our nation's parks.
