A large percentage of the Metro Phoenix land area is alleyway. Many native and invasive species take hold and are present in
these spaces. These plants and animals live in a challenging and volatile environment.

The purpose of this project is to catalogue the plants and animals that pioneer and survive on this type of land. It's hoped that this data will be of future use to Biologists and Urban Planners studying urban habitats.
