A community volunteer group called the Tamahunga Trappers are controlling pests in the forest of Mt Tamahunga, near Warkworth. Maintaining lines of predator traps is not only good for the native ecosystem, it also provides a great opportunity to get around in the forest and see what lives there. This project shows some of the creatures we've found so far at Tamahunga.
