I have been working on grouping the plants on my list of 500 into 24 groups of 20 or 21 plants each. This is not a trivial matter since most plants could fit into many groups. I want to be able to create a workbook that only shows the plants once, but makes reference to other places it is found. I am trying to post this link here to see if others can access these files.
To obtain a list of all the observations in a community type search for the observation named "Plantae" or "Kingdom Plantae" and then click on the Ctype in the tags field.

I am trying to figure out what the value of the Project List is. It appears that if I add a new observation that is not on the project list, it is accepted just the same as one that is. If I then do a search on the project I will see the new taxa, but if I download a CSV of the project list, only the ones I entered to the list in the first place show up, and not the ones I added via observation. There is something called "apply rules", but I don't know what that is, and I can't find any documentation. I suspect it is just something I have to click on and see what happens.
I was just looking at my profile to see if I can show links to my accounts on other sites. It does not look like it. I can connect to select sites, but it does not put a button on my profile so folks can go to the other sites.
I want to find out how to search for all my observations that meet certain conditions that I give to the search. For instance, all observations in The Widlerness that are not marked as cultivated. Not sure if this is possible.
What I would like to do is have the project work so that anyone can add observations of species on the list, but only those. I would also like to be able to add several observations for the same location without having to go through the process of finding the spot on the map each time.
