This project is intended for observations taken in or at abandoned places/abandoned infrastructure, whether it be abandoned buildings in populated areas or structures in ghost towns. Any place that once had people living or working there but has been left vacant is a qualifier, though I'd like to keep it revolving around actual buildings or premises around buildings. Most "bandos" are in currently populated regions. Ghost towns themselves aren't quite the same, and I even have a different project for them: https://www.inaturalist.org/projects/ghost-towns

This should be more focused on the actual buildings aspect, hence the "bando" in the name. Though, many observations here certainly will meet the criteria for the project linked above.

It's worth noting that this project in no way supports trespassing or violating any laws in order to get pictures. Sometimes that is a side effect of urban exploration, but let it be known that this isn't encouraging anybody to go out of their way to break the law. But it isn't my business if you do. So do as you please. I will not tell.
