June Grass marine algal blooms are common on the Florida Panhandle, and adjacent areas of the Gulf Coast, during warm months. However, there is very little data on June Grass. The June Grass Working Group was formed to learn more about this phenomenon. The initial goals of the June Grass Working group are to gather data about the distribution and prevalence of June Grass. We are asking iNaturalist users to partner with us to gather more robust June Grass data. less ↑
