Welcome to the La Brea Tar Pits Wildlife Survey

We have expanded this survey to include all 23 acres of Hancock Park. Including the entire area that surrounds the La Brea Tar Pits will help us get a better understanding of the different types of wildlife that use this area as habitat.

Hancock Park is home to the La Brea Tar Pits, the Page Museum at the La Brea Tar Pits, the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, as well as open spaces and landscaped areas.
