Conservation Actions

Protection of the original ecological conditions is needed. Based upon species´ distribution model, suitable habitat for this species has 57% of remnant distributional range of natural vegetation cover in Mexico (equivalent to 20,517,538 ha), but is just represented in 6,8% in protected areas (6% governmental PA; 0,8% social private efforts).
