Twenty-six hardy souls braved subzero temperatures to observe Lichens across the City. Your observations will help researchers monitor Lichen diversity in New York City. More Lichen means cleaner air which ensures healthier communities for all. Review the air quality in your neighborhood as assessed by the NYC Dept. of Health and Mental Hygiene here.
