Odonata - anomalies

Something is not right...

The purpose of this project is to aggregate any anomalies in physical form or behavior (incorrect tandems, etc.) of odonates in order to compare/contrast and see if there are any commonalities or possible adaptive strengths of anomalies.

The condition of some of these odonates is likely due to injury (as opposed to genetic anomaly) but it will still be valuable to see many observations and figure out why/how they occur. One example of this is the "crooked abdomen" at times seen in Libellulidae and Enallagma, along with other groups as well. less ↑
